Nous recherchons un.e Usineur (F/H) en CDI pour venir renforcer nos équipes HEMERIA au sein de notre division SPACE & SKY localisées sur Toulouse.

MISSIONS :

Rattaché.e au Responsable d’atelier, vous serez en charge de :

  • Préparer et configure les moyens en amont du lancement des activités d’usinage
  • Effectuer l’usinage de pièces bois et panneaux composites sur fraiseuse à commande numérique (choix et préparation outils, façonnage des pièces selon les spécifications)
  • Effectuer l’ajustage des pièces usinées (Ebavurage, taraudage, décapage laser, collage d’inserts, intégration structure panneaux…)
  • Contrôler les dimensions des pièces usinées à l’aide des instruments de mesure
  • Respecter les objectifs des activités qui vous sont confiées (budget, qualité, délais, réglementation…)
  • Effectuer la maintenance de premier niveau des machines
  • Utilisation de moyen de contrôle pour réaliser l’autocontrôle de sa production,

PROFIL :

  • De formation Bac Pro, vous avez à minima 2 ans d’expérience dans le fraisage et la programmation sur CN,
  • Vous faites preuve de rigueur, autonomie et d’une bonne capacité d’analyse,
  • Idéalement, vous avez des connaissances sur les matériaux, des outils de coupe, et des bases sur le logiciel de programmation TOPSOLID
  • Vous savez lire & comprendre des plans techniques
  • Vous respectez les normes de sécurité & procédures de fabrication fournies par le Service Industrialisation / Méthodes
