岗位职责： 1.基于公司IP项目，进行创意产品企划；深入分析项目主题与竞品数据，结合市场调研，输出符合女性向/ACGN两个方向其中一个用户偏好的产品开发方案 ; 2.制定详细的项目执行计划与排期，全程推动项目进展，负责合同流程、供应商对接、生产进度跟踪与质量把控，确保项目按时高质量交付; 3.参与IP授权合作项目，进行市场调研与受众分析，输出产品开发方案及经营测算内容，并负责与IP版权方进行有效沟通与协作; 4.与设计团队紧密沟通，准确传达产品理念与用户需求，跟进设计进度，确保产品设计符合女性向市场审美及企划预期; 5.作为项目核心对接人，与内外部需求方进行高效沟通，精准理解、转化并协调各方需求，确保项目顺利推进; 6.除轻周外，对毛绒类、搪胶类、立体物类等特定品类其中一项有深入理解，能独立负责该类产品的企划与落地执行; 7.完成上级交办的其他工作，包括行业素材收集、项目文档管理、合同归档等支持性事务。

岗位要求： 1.热爱二次元文化，深度了解动漫或者女性向（腐向）内容，熟悉其核心用户的心理与消费偏好，有相关衍生品收集或消费经验者优先; 2.拥有IP衍生品（动漫或女性向领域）从企划到生产全流程跟进经验者优先，熟悉常见衍生品的工艺、生产流程及成本结构; 3.具备IP授权开发相关经验，拥有市场调研及商务沟通能力，能洞察受众人群需求，并妥善与外部IP方进行协作; 4.具备优秀的审美能力与创意理念，对ACGN或者女性向（腐向/乙女向）周边产品的设计趋势、题材和表现形式有敏锐的洞察力; 5.具备独立的商品企划能力，能紧跟女性向市场潮流与用户需求变化，善于挖掘商品核心卖点，并策划有效的市场切入点; 6.具备出色的项目管理、沟通协调及执行力，工作认真负责，具备良好的团队协作精神和抗压能力; 7.熟练使用Office等办公软件。
