1.供应商资源管理与拓展 （1）负责游戏美术外包供应商及个人创作者资源的搜集、筛选、评估与维护，持续完善供应商资源库。 （2）根据项目制作需求，匹配合适的供应商资源，了解其擅长领域、制作能力、人员配置、合作意愿及档期情况。 （3）持续挖掘优质外部合作资源，建立并维护长期、稳定的合作关系。 2.商务合作与报价管理 （1）负责外包需求的商务对接，包括需求沟通、制作范围确认、报价收集、价格评估及商务条件协商。 （2）结合项目预算、历史合作价格及市场情况，协助制定合理的外包采购方案，控制制作成本。 （3）负责合作过程中的报价变更、追加需求、结算依据等商务事项的跟进与确认。 3.外包档期与资源协调 （1）持续跟进供应商的核心人员配置、制作产能、当前档期及未来可承接需求，建立资源档期台账。 （2）根据项目计划和需求优先级，协调供应商资源与项目制作节点，提前识别产能不足、档期冲突等风险。 （3）结合供应商的历史交付效率、制作质量及配合度，为项目团队提供资源选择与合作建议。 4.内部协同与需求承接 （1）与美术负责人、APM及各制作模块保持紧密沟通，理解项目需求、制作标准、预算限制及排期计划。 （2）将内部制作需求转化为清晰的外部合作条件，推动需求确认、资源匹配及商务事项落地。 （3）定期输出供应商资源、档期、报价、成本及合作情况报告，为团队外包资源规划提供支持。

1.具备项目管理、艺术项目管理（APM）、美术外包管理工作经验。 2.熟悉游戏美术制作流程，对角色、场景、原画、3D、动画、特效或视频制作等至少一个美术制作领域有一定了解。 3.具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够独立推进外部合作沟通、需求确认、报价跟进及合作事项落地。 4.具备一定的数据整理与分析能力，能够维护供应商资源库、报价台账、档期信息及成本数据。 5.具备较强的成本意识、责任心和风险意识，能够关注预算、交付节点、资源利用率及合作风险。 6.具备良好的商务沟通意识，能够在保障项目需求的基础上进行价格沟通、合作条件协商及关系维护。 7.工作细致、主动性强，能够同时跟进多家供应商及多项商务事项，并做好过程记录与闭环管理。
