岗位职责 负责游戏外宣物料视觉风格的提炼与定调，输出完整的游戏外宣风格方案，建立有辨识度且端内外调性统一的宣发视觉语言体系，沉淀项目VI手册； 负责游戏各类外宣物料的设计输出，包括海报KV、各类宣传图、官网或专题页、渠道宣传图、LOGO及ICON等，对节点、调性、质量有综合把控能力； 适配多平台、多渠道传播需求，平衡美观度和素材传播性； 关注女性向品类的设计趋势，熟悉并主动研究行业优秀竞品风格，确保项目外宣风格的审美调性和差异化；

任职要求 1、有5年及以上游戏设计工作经验，独立主导或深度参与游戏项目0-1外宣风格建立者优先，美术或设计相关专业学历者优先 2、熟练掌握PS、AI等相关设计工具，有3D软件使用能力者加分，具备扎实的平面设计功底、优秀的审美 3、能精准把控女性向游戏产品的风格调性，快速适应产品风格，有独立完成创意设计的能力 4、简历内请附带可完整展现个人设计能力、审美的作品
