1、负责游戏核心战斗模块的体验及设计，可从战斗底层拆解战斗特性，规划战斗特性在游戏内容中的分配，完善战斗验证闭环的思路设计及验证的反馈闭环；2、规划把控项目战斗功能设计策略，与其他策划协调角色、关卡、怪物、BOSS机制的相关内容，整理形成设计需求文档，并指导其他策划人员完成相关战斗玩法的落地实现。 3、负责推进游戏核心战斗模块的开发跟进及落地，包括但不限于战斗机制、角色/怪物设计、技能及战斗表现等；4、持续打磨战斗模块中各向数值的平衡性，输出可视化战斗数据，以保证平衡性设计的合理性。5、优化游戏整体操作手感、节奏体验、战斗表现、战斗内信息传递、信息解读，提升 流畅性 及 战斗体验；6、协同美术、程序等相关人员，确保战斗策划案可行性，优化战斗表现设计，提升战斗表现水准。

1、5年以上游戏战斗策划工作经验，独立负责过战斗系统框架设计，有2款以上卡牌/RPG类游戏的战斗系统完整策划设计经验，熟悉市面主流策略战斗系统；2、有丰富的卡牌/RPG/SLG等类型游戏经验，对战斗系统及相关玩法设计有自己的理解；3、熟悉角色设计、技能设计和关卡设计要点及实现原理，具备从整个项目角度规划战斗相关模块的思维，能配合其他职能人员不断拓展和优化核心战斗可玩性；4、思维活跃，逻辑能力强，具备良好的沟通和团队协作能力，工作细致严谨有耐性；5、有较强的项目推动能力，认真负责、对设计成果有较高的要求，细心有耐性。6、有Unity使用经验者优先。
