Norditek utvecklar modulära återvinningssystem som hjälper våra kunder att separera, förädla och återvinna mer av sitt material. Vi är ett entreprenörsdrivet bolag noterat på First North, med korta beslutsvägar och en tydlig ambition att växa, både i Sverige och internationellt. Om rollen Som produktutvecklare blir du spindeln i nätet i vår utveckling av egna maskiner, från sorteringsverk och vindsiktar till kompletta anläggningar. Du leder utvecklingsprojekt från idé till färdig lösning tillsammans med säljare och ingenjörer, och arbetar nära kunderna. Du lär dig förstå deras vardag och omsätter den kunskapen i konkreta förbättringar av våra lösningar.

Här får du något som få produktutvecklare har: vårt Recycling Lab och Testcenter i Fjärås. Där kör vi kundernas eget material genom maskinerna, så att du snabbt ser vad som fungerar och vad som kan bli bättre. Med applikationsingenjörer, sälj och produktion runt dig är vägen från idé till test kort.

Om dig Du har ett genuint teknikintresse och erfarenhet av produkt- eller produktionsutveckling av maskiner eller reservdelar. Du trivs med att leda projekt och är nyfiken på hur AI-verktyg kan effektivisera ditt arbete.

En teknisk utbildning, till exempel inom maskin, bygg eller miljö, är meriterande, men din nyfikenhet och förmåga att förstå kundens behov väger minst lika tungt. Du kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska och engelska i tal och skrift och har B-körkort. Tjänsten innebär resor, främst till kunder men även till produktionsanläggningar och mässor i Sverige och Europa.
