The posting

Luca är en extern ekonomipartner som med analys, beslutsunderlag och affärsrådgivning driver sina kunders tillväxt. Vi ska vara det självklara valet för lokala entreprenörer som vill växa och utvecklas med rätt ekonomiskt stöd. Nu söker Luca en VD till sitt kontor i Göteborg.

Uppdrag

Som VD på Luca i Göteborg får du ett helhetsansvar för verksamheten, med fokus på att vidareutveckla ett redan etablerat kontor. Kontoret omsätter idag cirka 7 MSEK och består av ett team på 6 personer. Luca befinner oss i en spännande fas med tydliga tillväxtmål, där fokus framåt ligger på att stärka ledarskapet, utveckla affären och sätta struktur för nästa steg i tillväxtresan.

• Leda och utveckla teamet med fokus på prestation, trivsel och utveckling • Driva affären framåt genom att utveckla befintliga kundrelationer och skapa nya • Säkerställa hög kvalitet i våra leveranser inom redovisning och rådgivning • Sätta struktur, arbetssätt och processer som möjliggör skalbar tillväxt • Vara en tydlig ledare som bygger kultur och riktning för kontoret

Kvalifikationer

Vi söker dig som vill vara med och utveckla både affär och människor i en bransch i förändring.

• Universitetsutbildning inom ekonomi, gärna inom redovisning eller ekonomistyrning • Flera års erfarenhet inom redovisning, revision eller rådgivning • Erfarenhet av att leda team och driva affär med goda resultat • Stark förmåga att bygga relationer och skapa förtroende hos kunder • Meriterande med ett etablerat nätverk i Göteborg
