Luca är en extern ekonomipartner som med analys, beslutsunderlag och affärsrådgivning driver sina kunders tillväxt. Luca ska vara den självklara ekonomiaktören för lokala entreprenörer. Luca hjälper företag att växa genom proaktiv rådgivning, relevanta analyser och beslutsunderlag som driver affärer.

Luca befinner sig i en expansiv fas och söker nu en VD/Partner som vill etablera och driva Luca i Linköping. Luca har som målsättning att vara 100 medarbetare, etablerade på 10 orter, på 5 år och branschledande lönsamhet. Vill du vara med på resan?

Uppdrag

Med fullt ansvar för både kunder, team och tillväxt får du som VD/Partner ansvar för att bygga den lokala verksamheten från grunden, samtidigt som du har stöd från övriga organisationen med etablerade processer och digitala verktyg i framkant.

  • Etablera Luca på din lokala ort, sätta kulturen från start och skapa ett kontor som blir det självklara valet för entreprenörer som vill växa.
  • Leda det lokala teamet inom ekonomi och rådgivning.
  • Skapa och utveckla relationer med entreprenörer och företagskunder.
  • Säkerställa hög kvalitet i våra kundleveranser.
  • Driva tillväxt och utveckla Luca i regionen – både bland kunder och medarbetare.

Kvalifikationer

Vi söker dig som vill vara med och utmana och utveckla en hel bransch som är hårt konkurrensutsatt och i förändring. Där ny teknik möjliggör för nya samarbeten och affärsmodeller tillsammans med dina kunder. För att bli lyckosam i rollen ser vi att du har;

  • Universitetsutbildning inom ekonomi, gärna med inriktning mot redovisning, finans eller ekonomistyrning.
  • 7-10 års erfarenhet inom redovisning, revision eller ekonomisk rådgivning, med dokumenterat goda resultat att skapa mervärde för dina kunder.
  • Ett etablerat lokalt nätverk med starka kundrelationer som kan bidra till kontorets framgång.
  • Erfarenhet av att leda och utveckla team, med förmåga att inspirera och driva både människor och affär framåt.
