Wir sind weiter auf Wachstumskurs und suchen zum Ausbau und zur Verstärkung unseres Geschäftskunden-Teams zum nächstmöglichen Termin einen engagierten und motivierten Regionalen Sales Manager B2B In dieser Funktion bist Du der Ansprechpartner in der Region Nord Süd für unsere B2B-Kunden, wie bspw. Systemhäuser oder regionale Distributionen. Bei deinen Aufgaben wirst du durch unsere Teams aus dem Innendienst und dem Produktmanagement unterstützt.

Deine Aufgaben

  • proaktive und kontinuierliche Gewinnung neuer Kunden (ca. 80%) sowie Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Bestandskunden in deiner Region (ca. 20%)
  • Umsatzverantwortung für deine Kunden und maßgebliche Beteiligung an unserer Zielerreichung
  • enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Herweck Außendienst und den Ansprechpartnern der Netzbetreiber, sowie der Industrie
  • bundesweite Teilnahme an Veranstaltungen und Messen
  • eigenverantwortliche Preis-, Vertrags- und Konditionsverhandlungen
  • aktive Steuerung von Kundenprojekten zur Generierung der Absatzerfolge im Projektgeschäft

Dein Profil

  • Berufserfahrung und ein bestehendes Netzwerk im indirekten Mobilfunkvertrieb und im Systemhausgeschäft, idealerweise im B2B Segment
  • Kommunikationsstärke, sichere Präsentationsfähigkeit und Vertriebsaffinität
  • selbständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise
  • einen ziel- und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsstil und hohe Eigenmotivation
  • hohe Reisebereitschaft (4 Tage pro Woche)
  • gute MS Office Kenntnisse - insbesondere Excel
