Worum es geht:

Unser Team ist das Rückgrat des Kundenkontakts: schnelle, prozessorientierte Abwicklung aller verkaufsrelevanten Abläufe, immer mit dem Blick auf exzellenten Service. Als Teamleitung übernimmst Du die fachliche und disziplinarische Verantwortung für 8 Mitarbeitende – und gestaltest aktiv mit, wie wir unsere Kundenbeziehungen weiterentwickeln

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bist erster Ansprechpartner für Dein Team – fachlich, disziplinarisch und bereichsübergreifend
  • Du führst, förderst und coachst 8 Mitarbeitende und entwickelst sie kontinuierlich weiter
  • Du betreust und entwickelst unsere Key-Account-Kunden persönlich
  • Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Innendienst, Außendienst, anderen Abteilungen und unseren Netzbetreibern
  • Du repräsentierst Herweck bundesweit auf Veranstaltungen und Messen und lernst unsere Kunden auch vor Ort kennen

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung in der Führung und Motivation von Mitarbeitern – Du weißt, wie man ein Team wirklich voranbringt
  • Branchenkenntnisse im Mobilfunkbereich sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
  • Kommunikationsstärke und ein gutes Gespür für Vertrieb
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Eine selbstständige, proaktive Arbeitsweise – Du wartest nicht auf Anweisungen, sondern übernimmst Verantwortung
