Sachbearbeiter Kundenmanagement DaaS.

Du arbeitest gerne strukturiert, behältst auch bei vielen Vorgängen den Überblick und hast Freude daran, kaufmännische Prozesse zuverlässig zu begleiten? Dann bist du in unserem Team genau richtig. In dieser Rolle unterstützt du unser Mietgeschäft Device as a Service und sorgst dafür, dass Kundenaufträge, Stammdaten, Rechnungen, Gutschriften, Retouren und Vorgangsdokumentationen sauber, vollständig und nachvollziehbar bearbeitet werden.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du erfasst, bearbeitest und verfolgst Kundenaufträge im Mietgeschäft DaaS.
  • Du bist Ansprechperson für operative Kundenanliegen per Telefon und E-Mail.
  • Du sorgst für eine vollständige und nachvollziehbare Vorgangsdokumentation.
  • Du erstellst und bearbeitest Gutschriften, Rechnungen und Retouren.
  • Du legst Kundenstammdaten im ERP-System an, pflegst sie und prüfst sie nach Vorgabe.
  • Du unterstützt das Team bei administrativen Aufgaben, Übersichten und Excel-Reports.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Du bringst erste Erfahrung im kaufmännischen Umfeld mit.
  • Du arbeitest sorgfältig, zuverlässig und strukturiert.
  • Du kommunizierst freundlich und verbindlich mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern.
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und Outlook.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig und bringst dich proaktiv in deinen Aufgabenbereich ein.
