Pour renforcer l’équipe administrative de l’Ecole Supérieure Santé Valais-Wallis, filière ES Soins infirmiers à Monthey, la Haute Ecole de Santé met au concours le poste de :

Collaboratrice administrative ou collaborateur administratif (60%)

Votre mission

  • Assurer un service d’accueil de qualité
  • Participer aux tâches administratives relevant du secrétariat de l’Ecole Supérieure Santé Valais-Wallis, filière ES Soins infirmiers à Monthey
  • Participer activement à l’organisation et au bon fonctionnement de la filière, en fonction des besoins définis par la responsable de la filière
  • Collaborer avec le secrétariat de la Haute Ecole de Santé ainsi qu’avec les services centraux afin de garantir une bonne coordination des activités
  • Assurer un soutien logistique et matériel aux enseignantes et enseignants en facilitant la préparation et le bon déroulement des activités pédagogiques

Votre profil

  • Diplôme ou CFC d’employée ou employé de commerce
  • Aisance dans la communication écrite et orale et dans les contacts avec le personnel et la clientèle
  • Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et en équipe
  • Flexibilité - esprit d’initiative - sens de l’organisation
  • Maîtrise de l’environnement MS-Office
  • Langue maternelle française avec connaissances de la langue allemande orales et écrites

Taux d’activité : 60%

Jours de travail : Mercredi-jeudi-vendredi

Lieu de travail : Monthey

Entrée en fonction : 01.01.2027 ou à convenir
