The posting

En Hesperia World buscamos un/a Ejecutivo/a Comercial para incorporarse a nuestro equipo en Lanzarote. Se trata de una posición estratégica dentro del Departamento Comercial, orientada al desarrollo de negocio, la gestión de cuentas clave y el fortalecimiento de las relaciones con turoperadores nacionales e internacionales.

Buscamos un perfil proactivo, con marcada orientación a resultados, capacidad de negociación y visión de mercado, que contribuya al crecimiento sostenible del negocio y al posicionamiento de nuestros establecimientos en los principales mercados emisores.

Funciones principales

  • Gestión y desarrollo de relaciones comerciales con turoperadores nacionales e internacionales.
  • Negociación y seguimiento de acuerdos comerciales y contratos.
  • Análisis de producción, evaluación de resultados e identificación de oportunidades de mejora.
  • Elaboración de informes comerciales y reportes periódicos.
  • Participación en ferias, eventos y acciones de promoción del sector turístico.
  • Coordinación con Revenue para la definición y ejecución de estrategias comerciales.
  • Apoyo en iniciativas de marketing y promoción.
  • Prospección, captación y apertura de nuevos clientes y mercados.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia mínima de 2 a 3 años en departamentos comerciales del sector hotelero.
  • Experiencia acreditada en la gestión de cuentas de turoperación.
  • Nivel alto de inglés, tanto hablado como escrito (imprescindible). Se valorará el conocimiento de otros idiomas.
  • Dominio avanzado de Microsoft Excel para análisis de datos y elaboración de informes.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar.
  • Capacidad de negociación, orientación al logro de objetivos y enfoque comercial.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y relaciones interpersonales.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y coordinar acciones con distintos departamentos.
  • Organización, planificación y autonomía en la gestión de responsabilidades.

Se valorará

  • Conocimiento del mercado turístico de Lanzarote y de Canarias en general.
  • Experiencia previa en hoteles vacacionales de categoría 4 y 5 estrellas.
  • Manejo de sistemas PMS, Channel Manager y herramientas de Revenue.
  • Experiencia en el análisis e interpretación de KPI's hoteleros.
