En Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa y Grand Hyatt Lanzarote Playa Dorada Resort & Spa buscamos estudiantes apasionados por la hotelería, el turismo y la excelencia en el servicio que quieran realizar sus prácticas curriculares o extracurriculares en un entorno internacional.

Esta es una oportunidad única para aprender junto a profesionales del sector, adquirir experiencia real en un hotel de lujo y formar parte de marcas reconocidas a nivel mundial.

¿Qué departamentos ofrecemos?

• Front Office (Recepción)

• Guest Experience • Revenue Management

• Reservas

• Servicio de Sala (Food & Beverage)

• Cocina

¿Qué aprenderás?

Dependiendo del departamento asignado, podrás:

• Participar en la atención y experiencia de los huéspedes.

• Colaborar en la gestión operativa de hoteles de lujo.

• Conocer estrategias de Revenue Management y optimización de ingresos.

• Apoyar la gestión de reservas y atención al cliente.

• Desarrollar conocimientos en restauración y servicio gastronómico.

• Participar en la elaboración y producción culinaria junto a equipos profesionales.

¿Qué buscamos?

• Estudiantes de Turismo, Dirección Hotelera, ADE, Marketing, Gastronomía, Cocina o titulaciones afines.

• Nivel de inglés intermedio o avanzado.

• Pasión por la hospitalidad y orientación al cliente.

• Actitud positiva, ganas de aprender y trabajar en equipo.

• Posibilidad de firmar convenio de prácticas con centro de estudios.
