¿Te apasiona la organización de eventos y la gestión comercial en el sector de la hospitalidad? En Grand Hyatt La Manga Club Golf & Spa, buscamos un/a Asistente de ventas para grupos y eventos para formar parte de nuestro dinámico equipo comercial, contribuyendo a crear experiencias únicas y memorables para nuestros clientes.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Actuar como enlace entre el grupo y el hotel
  • Organizar y elaborar los resúmenes de grupo, así como las órdenes de servicio de Alimentos y Bebidas, distribuyéndolos al menos 10 días antes de la llegada del grupo o de la fecha del evento
  • Analizar las necesidades del cliente de alimentos & bebidas y servicios, maximizando las ventas.
  • Hacer el seguimiento de depósitos y pagos de acuerdo a las fechas estipuladas en el contrato actualizando la factura pro-forma y enviándosela al cliente cuando sea necesario
  • Participar y coordinar las reuniones diarias de órdenes de servicio (Alimentos y Bebidas) y de resumen de grupos junto con todos los departamentos involucrados en la operativa.
  • Comunicar cualquier cambio, cancelación o peticiones especiales a los departamentos oportunos
  • Solucionar, si surgiese, cualquier contratiempo con el grupo o evento, realizando posteriormente el seguimiento adecuado con el cliente
  • Responsable de cerrar los expedientes con toda la información recibida. Comunicar a todos los departamentos del hotel los comentarios de los clientes sobre el evento o el grupo
  • Responsable de la planificación y dirección de la reunión pre-convención (pre-con) para asegurar que se establece una relación directa entre los jefes de departamento y el meeting planner al cargo del grupo
  • Durante la estancia del grupo está presente en el hotel manteniendo el contacto continuo con el cliente, apoyando la operación y asegurándose que todo se desarrolla como está planificado
  • Revisar la facturación de grupos
  • En un máximo de tres días tras la salida del grupo del hotel, enviar al meeting planner y/o cliente final un Email de agradecimiento por haber elegido el hotel y le emplaza a recibirles en un futuro próximo.
  • Participar en visitas de inspección
  • Ayudar puntualmente en elaborar cotizaciones para todas las peticiones de eventos y reuniones con más de 10 habitaciones que lleguen al hotel independientemente de cuál sea su origen. Una vez confirmados estos servicios elaborará el contrato de servicio correspondiente.

Requisitos:

  • Estudiante o recién graduado/a en Turismo, Gestión de Eventos, Marketing o áreas relacionadas.
  • Nivel avanzado de español e inglés (otros idiomas serán valorados).
  • Excelentes habilidades de organización, comunicación y atención al cliente.
  • Proactividad, creatividad y capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico.
  • Dominio de herramientas ofimáticas (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); se valorará experiencia con sistemas de gestión hotelera.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios flexibles, según las necesidades de los eventos.
