¿Te apasiona la hospitalidad y sueñas con dar tus primeros pasos en un hotel de lujo? En Secrets Mallorca Villamil Resort & Spa buscamos un/a Becario/a de Recepción para formar parte de nuestro equipo de Front Office y vivir una experiencia única en un entorno 5 estrellas.

Tendrás la oportunidad de aprender de grandes profesionales mientras contribuyes a ofrecer experiencias memorables a nuestros huéspedes.

🛎️ ¿Cuáles serán tus principales responsabilidades?

  • Dar la bienvenida a los huéspedes, gestionando check-in y check-out bajo los estándares de calidad del hotel.
  • Atender solicitudes, consultas e incidencias, garantizando siempre la mejor experiencia del cliente.
  • Apoyar en la gestión y actualización de reservas en el sistema PMS.
  • Colaborar en la resolución de incidencias, contribuyendo a la satisfacción del huésped.
  • Coordinarse con otros departamentos para asegurar una experiencia fluida y excelente.
  • Realizar tareas administrativas propias de recepción (reportes, correspondencia, etc.).

🎓 ¿Qué buscamos?

  • Estudiantes o recién graduados/as en Turismo, Gestión Hotelera o similar.
  • Nivel avanzado de español e inglés (se valorarán otros idiomas).
  • Vocación de servicio, habilidades de comunicación y atención al detalle.
  • Conocimientos básicos de PMS y herramientas ofimáticas (Excel).
  • Actitud proactiva, ganas de aprender y capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
