¿En qué consistirán tus prácticas?

Formarás parte del equipo de Recepción & Guest Experience, participando activamente en la operativa diaria del hotel y aprendiendo los estándares de servicio de una marca internacional de lujo.

Tus principales responsabilidades serán:

  • Apoyo en procesos de check-in y check-out
  • Atención personalizada al huésped durante toda su estancia
  • Gestión de peticiones, incidencias y necesidades especiales
  • Coordinación con otros departamentos para garantizar una experiencia excelente
  • Apoyo en tareas administrativas propias de la recepción
  • Promoción de servicios del hotel (restauración, spa, golf, actividades, etc.)
  • Seguimiento de la satisfacción del cliente

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Estudiantes de Turismo, Gestión Hotelera o similar
  • Nivel alto de inglés (imprescindible); otros idiomas serán muy valorados
  • Interés por el mundo de la hospitalidad de lujo
  • Proactividad, actitud positiva y orientación al cliente
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo
  • Disponibilidad para realizar prácticas curriculares o extracurriculares
