En Secrets Mallorca Villamil Resort & Spa, resort de lujo solo para adultos frente al mar, buscamos un/a Sales Intern para apoyar al equipo de Groups & Events. Esta es una excelente oportunidad para desarrollar una carrera en el sector hospitality de lujo, adquiriendo experiencia práctica en ventas, organización de eventos y gestión de clientes internacionales.

Responsabilidades

  • Apoyar en la gestión de solicitudes de grupos, eventos corporativos, bodas y celebraciones privadas.
  • Elaborar propuestas comerciales personalizadas y presentaciones para clientes y agencias.
  • Coordinar con los departamentos internos (F&B, Rooms Division, Spa, etc.) para garantizar la correcta ejecución de eventos.
  • Actualizar bases de datos y herramientas CRM para el seguimiento de leads y oportunidades.
  • Asistir en visitas comerciales, site inspections y familiarization trips (fam trips).
  • Realizar estudios de mercado y análisis de la competencia.
  • Apoyar en tareas administrativas del departamento de ventas.

Requisitos

  • Estudiante o recién graduado/a en Turismo, ADE, Marketing, Hospitality o similar.
  • Nivel alto de español e inglés (se valorarán otros idiomas).
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación y orientación al cliente.
  • Capacidad organizativa y atención al detalle.
  • Proactividad, actitud positiva y ganas de aprender.
  • Conocimiento básico de herramientas Office; se valorará experiencia con CRM.
