1. 负责3D打印设备及配套产品的整体机构设计、核心零部件开发；针对研发及试产阶段的装配、调试异常，进行深入的根因分析并提供可行的工程解决方案； 2. 负责新产品量产所需的工装夹具（Fixture）设计及验证；主导研发过程中的知识产权沉淀，独立完成专利技术交底书的撰写与申报； 3.负责输出规范化的研发交付物，包括但不限于3D数模、2D工程图、BOM清单、装配SOP及研发测试报告，确保数据可追溯； 4. 运用理论力学与有限元分析（FEA）方法，执行关键结构的静/动力学分析、疲劳分析及公差分析（GD&T），用数据支撑设计方案的可行性。

1. 硕士及以上学历，机械工程、机械设计制造及其自动化、车辆工程等相关专业；有RoboMaster、机械创新设计大赛等顶级工程赛事经验或高水平实验室项目背景者优先； 2. 具备扎实的机械设计理论基础，精通各类机械传动（丝杠、皮带、凸轮等）及标准件选型；熟练掌握仿真工具，熟悉材料特性与机加工工艺； 3. 具备极强的逻辑思维与工程严谨性，善于跨部门沟通协作；面对复杂的研发难题具备钻研精神与抗压能力，对精密机械结构有浓厚兴趣。
