The posting

1. 可测试性评审（DFT）。在产品设计阶段介入，对PCB、PCBA及整机进行可测试性设计评审，输出DFT报告，提出优化建议，跟进评审问题闭环； 2. 单板加工工艺与测试开发验证。负责PCBA单板加工、测试工艺开发，包括SMT、DIP、烧录、FCT（功能测试）等测试方案的制定与实现； 3. 整机测试方案开发验证。针对整机功能、性能，设计并验证产线测试方案，编写测试用例及测试作业指导书； 4. 测试环境搭建。负责测试硬件（如测试治具、测试仪器）和软件环境的搭建、调试与维护； 5. 失效分析及异常处理。试产、量产过程中，主导产品测试失效问题的分析、定位与解决，协同研发、质量等部门闭环问题，提升良率； 6. 测试自动化。导入自动化测试方案，提升测试效率和覆盖率，降低测试成本。

1. 本科及以上学历，电子工程、电气自动化、测控技术相关专业； 2. 具备扎实的电子电路基础，能够看懂原理图和PCB Layout，熟悉传感器工作原理和电机控制方法； 3. 熟悉至少一种编程语言基础应用，能够简单优化上位机，熟悉常用通讯协议； 4. 具备良好的问题分析与解决能力，熟练使用示波器、逻辑分析仪等测试仪器； 5. 良好的抗压能力、跨部门沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够独立解决问题； 6.熟练使用三维等软件，熟练使用word,excel 和 PPT等办公软件。
