Deine Aufgaben

  • Erstellung und Konsolidierung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse der Konzernunternehmen, sowie die Durchführung von Abweichungsanalysen und die Identifizierung von Optimierungspotenzialen
  • Durchführung des Gruppen-Konzernreportings, einschließlich der Erstellung monatlicher Finanzberichte (inkl. Cash Flow), sowie der Überwachung und Analyse der finanziellen Leistungskennzahlen
  • Analyse und Kommentierung der Finanzdaten sowie Erstellung von Berichten für die Geschäftsleitung, um fundierte Entscheidungen zu unterstützen
  • Du kümmerst Dich um die Intercompany Abstimmungen (inkl. Darlehen etc.) und die Erstkonsolidierung neuer Gesellschaften
  • Ansprechpartner:in für Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen, Behörden, Agenturen und interne Fachabteilungen, Unterstützung bei der Prüfung und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller regulatorischen Anforderungen
  • Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der bestehenden Konsolidierungsprozesse und -systeme
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner für alle HGB und IFRS-Rechnungslegungsfragen
  • Begleitung des Übergangs von HGB zu IFRS in der Zukunft, einschließlich der Erstellung eines detaillierten Projektplans und der Koordination aller beteiligten Abteilungen
  • Du hast den monatlichen Abschlusskalender im Blick und koordinierst die Jahresabschlussprüfung
  • Durchführung von Ad-hoc-Analysen und Sonderprojekten im Bereich Finanzen
  • Bei Budgetierung und Mittelfristplanung bringst Du Deine Expertise ein

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (zB Bilanzbuchhalter)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Konzernkonsolidierung und Reporting, idealerweise in einem international tätigen Unternehmen oder in einem von Private Equity gehaltenen Unternehmen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in HGB und IFRS, einschließlich der neuesten Entwicklungen und Änderungen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Konsolidierungssoftware und MS Office, sowie Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten, Genauigkeit und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, sowie eine hohe Zahlenaffinität
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke, sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative und eine ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeit
