Als führender Contract Manufacturer von Implantaten für die Orthopädie und Traumatologie suchen wir für unser Team in Raisting, einen Mitarbeiter (w/m/d) in der Arbeitsvorbereitung, der/die Lust hat unser Arbeitsvorbereitungsteam auf ein nächstes Level zu heben und uns kontinuierlich weiter ​zu entwickeln. Als Mitarbeiter (w/m/d) in der Arbeitsvorbereitung bei hg medical bist Du eine ganz wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen ​den internen Abteilungen und unseren Kunden und trägst mit Deinen Aufgaben entscheidend zum Erfolg von hg medical bei.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Betreuung, Verwaltung und Pflege unseres ERP-Systems Gewatec
  • Gewatec Support für Mitarbeitende bei auftretenden Problemen, Systemfehlern, Fehlbuchungen, etc.
  • Erstellung, Verwaltung und Gegenlesen von Prüfplänen anhand von Zeichnungen und Kundenwünschen
  • Produktfreigaben und Herstellbarkeitsbewertungen für neue Produkte sowie bei Zeichnungsrevisionen
  • Eigenständiges Organisieren von Arbeitsabläufen in der Arbeitsvorbereitung
  • Unterstützung bei der Kundenbetreuung und Erarbeiten von entsprechenden Lösungsansätzen für unsere Kunden
  • Überprüfung des Aufgabenbereichs hinsichtlich technischem und wirtschaftlichem Optimierungspotential sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Contract Review und Prüfung eingehender Bestellungen
  • Übernahme, Bearbeitung und Begleitung von Projekten

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine Ausbildung im Bereich Zerspanung, Feinwerkmechanik, Industriemechanik oder ähnliches absolviert und bringst eine Weiterbildung zum Meister/Techniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit
  • Idealerweise hast Du bereits Berufserfahrung in dem Bereich Arbeitsvorbereitung/Projektsteuerung sammeln können
  • Du hast gute organisatorische und planerische Fähigkeiten sowie ein gutes Verständnis für technische Zusammenhänge
  • Technische Zeichnungen zu lesen ist für Dich ein Kinderspiel, ebenso wie MS-Office Programme
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung mit einem ERP-System sammeln können
  • Du verfügst über eine hohe Kommunikationsstärke, eine lösungsorientierte und hilfsbereite Einstellung sowie strukturierte, selbständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität, Lernbereitschaft sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein zeichnen Dich aus
  • Du bringt bereits erste Englischgrundkenntnisse mit
