  • Provides technical guidance to affiliates on all pre-arrival aspects of the refugee program, including pre-arrival planning for higher needs cases to support effective placement.
  • Collects and analyzes data regarding the distribution of medically complex cases and other higher needs cases across the affiliate network to ensure proper and effective case placement throughout the program year. Identifies trends and develops recommendations.

  • Strong independent judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, including demonstrated experience assessing sensitive, urgent, ambiguous, and high-needs cases; determining appropriate action; and escalating only when warranted.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of assigned program functions, establish priorities, make sound decisions within established authority, and carry work through to completion with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to anticipate operational needs, identify process gaps, and recommend and implement practical improvements that strengthen quality, consistency, efficiency, and compliance.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
