About you We are looking for a commercially minded Senior Marketing Manager to help shape and execute our marketing approach across Israel and Central Europe. Based in our Tel Aviv office, you will be the sole dedicated marketing manager for the region, partnering with the regional marketing leader, Sales, BDRs and specialist Marketing teams to generate new-business pipeline. You will build on HiBob’s established brand presence in Israel to deliver incremental pipeline, while growing awareness and demand in Central Europe, particularly Poland. This is an opportunity to combine strategic input with hands-on execution across integrated campaigns, digital marketing and events, adapting the approach to the needs of each market. You will bring broad B2B marketing capabilities, strong commercial judgement and the confidence to work independently. You will turn market insights into practical recommendations, deliver programmes from planning through follow-up, and take ownership of their performance.

  • Proven experience planning and delivering B2B marketing programmes, ideally within SaaS or technology, with measurable contribution to new-business pipeline.
  • Broad understanding of demand generation, digital marketing, the marketing mix and the buyer journey, with experience bringing channels together in an integrated plan.
  • Experience partnering with digital specialists on campaign briefs, audience targeting, promotion and optimisation.
  • Experience delivering events end-to-end, including budgets, suppliers, logistics, audience acquisition and post-event conversion.
  • Ability to translate market and performance insights into practical recommendations, manage programmes independently and solve delivery challenges.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, including effective collaboration with Sales and BDR teams.
  • Confidence using CRM, marketing automation and reporting tools to track engagement, opportunities, pipeline and attribution.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
  • Based in Israel and able to work from the Tel Aviv office in line with HiBob’s hybrid model, with travel across Israel and Central Europe as required.
  • Experience in the Israeli market and/or Central Europe, particularly Poland, is beneficial.
  • Help shape regional marketing priorities and propose integrated programmes with clear audiences, objectives, budgets, targets and commercial rationale.
  • Plan and execute demand-generation activity across Israel and Central Europe, prioritising new-business pipeline and working with the Digital team on digital execution.
  • Build on established brand awareness in Israel and develop HiBob’s presence in Central Europe, with Poland a key focus, adapting global campaigns and content for local audiences.
  • Deliver sponsored and hosted in-person events, webinars and virtual roundtables end-to-end, including audience acquisition, content, suppliers, logistics, on-the-day delivery and follow-up.
  • Partner with Sales and BDR leaders on target accounts, outreach, meeting goals, lead ownership and follow-up to improve conversion into qualified opportunities.
  • Work with Product Marketing, Brand, Content, Customer Marketing and other teams to create relevant regional messaging, customer proof and campaign assets.
  • Manage assigned programme budgets and suppliers, lead negotiations with guidance from the regional marketing leader, and coordinate contracts, invoicing and payments.
  • Own targets and performance for the programmes you lead, monitor pipeline and conversion, implement course corrections and recommend improvements based on results.
