Fastighets- och samhällsbyggnadsbranschen står mitt i en omställning, och många av de viktigaste frågorna saknar fortfarande bra svar. Nu söker vi en student som vill skriva sitt examensarbete på masternivå hos oss under våren 2027.

Om rollen Hifab Advisory ger oberoende strategisk rådgivning och förändringsledning till ledningsgrupper och beslutsfattare i fastighets- och samhällsbyggnadsbranschen. Som examensarbetare hos oss driver du ditt eget arbete, med handledning från konsulter med specialistkompetens inom hållbarhetsstyrning, energistrategi, affärs- och verksamhetsutveckling och digitalisering. Du får pröva dina frågeställningar och slutsatser mot vår erfarenhet från pågående kunduppdrag, så att arbetet blir relevant både akademiskt och för branschen. Du utgår från vårt kontor i Stockholm.

Vi söker dig som Du läser en masterutbildning inom samhällsbyggnad, industriell ekonomi, energi, hållbarhet eller motsvarande och ska skriva ditt examensarbete under våren 2027. Ämne och frågeställning formulerar du själv, men hämta gärna inspiration från områden vi arbetar med, till exempel hållbarhetsstyrning, klimat- och energistrategi, EPBD och det befintliga beståndet, hållbart byggande, social hållbarhet, AI och digitala arbetssätt eller verksamhetsutveckling och marknadsanalys. Har du en annan idé som knyter an till branschens omställning vill vi gärna höra den.
