Nu söker vi en projektledare med installationsinriktning/installationsledare som vill vara med och bidra till att fortsätta bygga och utveckla vårt erbjudande i Uppsala.

Hifab är med och utvecklar Uppsala genom att bidra i stadens små och stora bygg-, kulturmiljö- och samhällsutvecklingsprojekt. Teamet består av erfarna projektledare som sedan många år tillbaka är väletablerade på Uppsalamarknaden. Vi arbetar med såväl privata som offentliga kunder i allt från mindre utredningar till stora komplexa nybyggnads- och renoveringsuppdrag. Från tidiga programskeden och detaljplaner fram till byggherrens förvaltning. Beroende på storlek och komplexitet av uppdrag levererar vi antingen individuellt eller som ett större team till kundens projekt; oavsett omfattning finns ett coachande team på kontoret som stöd.

Vårt kontor ligger centralt i Uppsala, men vi arbetar flexibelt utifrån roll och uppdrag.

Ditt nya jobb Vi erbjuder arbete med spännande kunduppdrag hos bland annat privata fastighetsbolag och myndigheter med höga krav på teknik och säkerhet. Du fungerar som rådgivare och projektledare gällande tekniska lösningar i om- och nybyggnadsprojekt. Det rör sig om allt från stamrenoveringar till nybyggnad av komplexa lokaler. Utöver rollen som projektledare finns möjligheten att fungera som teknisk rådgivare vid fastighetsförvärv, implementation av ny teknik och lösningar inom exempelvis proptech.

Vem är du? Du har en teknisk utbildning inom relevant område samt minst fem års erfarenhet som installationsledare/samordnare. Vi tror att du har teknisk kompetens kring installationsledning inom VVS, Styr & Regler, såväl som El och Tele, och en fingertoppskänsla för hur du levererar bra kvalitet till beställaren. Du har arbetat med ROT och befintligt bestånd, befintliga installationer som ska byggas om samt medverkat och ansvarat för driftsättning, avprovning och samordnad provning av fastighetssystem och kan visa referensprojekt. Erfarenhet av VDC (BIM) och ledarskap samt arbete från digital teknik i både byggprojekt och förvaltning är meriterande.

Du är självgående, utvecklingsorienterad och trivs att jobba i team såväl som självständigt. Du har ett affärstänk och motiveras av att vara med och utforska de möjligheter och utmaningar som uppstår i takt med att branschen ställer om – samtidigt som du levererar ett högt värde till våra kunder. Då du i den här rollen kan hamna i både nya och oväntade situationer är det viktigt att du känner dig bekväm i att hantera det.
