The posting

Vår grupp i Mälardalen växer och vi söker en projektledare som vill kombinera ledarrollen i fastighets- och byggprojekt med besiktningsuppdrag, med bas i Västerås, Eskilstuna eller Örebro.

Om rollen Som projektledare hos oss hjälper du våra kunder att lyckas med sina projekt, från tidiga skeden till överlämnad byggnad. Uppdragen handlar mycket om att driva projekt vid ny- och ombyggnationer åt såväl offentliga som privata beställare i Mälardalen. Rollen kombinerar projektledning med besiktningsuppdrag, där du växlar mellan att driva projekt i mål och göra besiktningar. Du utgår från Västerås, Eskilstuna eller Örebro och ingår i vårt team i Mälardalen, där vi jobbar flexibelt utifrån våra uppdrag.

Vi söker dig som Du har fem till tio års erfarenhet av projektledning inom fastigheter och samhällsbyggnad, exempelvis från fastighetsägare, entreprenörer eller andra konsultbolag. Du är utbildad byggingenjör eller har motsvarande erfarenhet, och är gärna certifierad besiktningsman eller på väg mot certifiering. Erfarenhet av offentlig upphandling och av att arbeta mot kommunala och regionala beställare är meriterande. Du har ett väl upparbetat nätverk i Västerås, Eskilstuna eller Örebro, trivs i konsultrollen och har ett affärstänk.
