What You'll Do
As a Logistics Operator, you'll be at the heart of our supply chain operations: managing the end-to-end flow of materials from reception to delivery, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence. You'll serve as a critical link in maintaining inventory integrity and supporting smooth warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment: Prepare supplies for clients (picking and packing), ensuring shipment accuracy. Ensure transport arrangements whenever necessary
Inventory Management: Participate in periodic inventories and stock counts. Operate load handling equipment (stackers, electric pallet jacks, etc.)
Goods Reception & Processing: Receive and label all articles from acquisitions (Purchase Orders) in the system and ensure complete computerized processing. Verify article integrity and packaging, checking for violations, damages, and other relevant quality aspects according to current regulations. Confirm that received articles match the original acquisition order and issue necessary documents for other involved departments
Documentation & Reporting: Submit receipt invoices of received material to Administrative and Finance Direction (when applicable). Provide management indicator information with required periodicity or whenever necessary
Transport Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on insurance needs and transport scheduling for delivery and collection. Register and coordinate transport processes, ensuring deadlines and most cost-effective solutions
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Your success in this role will be measured by:
- Articles received and correctly inserted in the system
- Timely delivery of invoices and documentation to involved departments
- Accuracy in picking and packing of supplies
- Proper insurance coverage for contracted transports
- Transport coordination effectiveness as needed
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehousing/storage area
- English language skills
- Knowledge of current regulations
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Logistics management fundamentals
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
