Job Description

Brindar un servicio excepcional a Socios y Huéspedes a través de funciones de Bell Boy y Valet Parking, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, una comunicación interpersonal efectiva y una actitud orientada a crear las mejores vacaciones de la vida de nuestros Socios y Huéspedes.

Responsibilities

Como Bell Boy usted será responsable de:

  • Aplicar las mejores prácticas de liderazgo y cumplir la misión del departamento para contribuir a crear experiencias vacacionales excepcionales.
  • Garantizar siempre el mejor servicio a Socios y Huéspedes, cumpliendo con los estándares establecidos y los procedimientos operativos.
  • Completar puntualmente los entrenamientos requeridos por la posición y aquellos asignados por Gerencia o Capacitación.
  • Asegurar la entrega del equipaje en las residencias en el menor tiempo posible.
  • Garantizar el correcto traslado de pertenencias durante movimientos de habitación o salidas, en coordinación con Seguridad.
  • Asegurar que los vehículos de Socios, Huéspedes y Colaboradores estén correctamente estacionados.
  • Ofrecer servicio de valet cuando sea solicitado.
  • Resguardar las llaves de manera ordenada con su cupón correspondiente.
  • Mantener actualizado el reporte de estacionamiento.
  • Transportar a Socios y Huéspedes a sus residencias después del registro.
  • Proveer información relevante sobre su estancia.
  • Ofrecer transporte de cortesía dentro de las instalaciones.
  • Mantener en buen estado los carritos de golf y reportar fallas al área correspondiente.
  • Resguardar y controlar los sets de golf del club.
  • Entregar y recibir adecuadamente los equipos rentados por Socios y Huéspedes.
  • Mantener en óptimas condiciones las áreas asignadas: bodegas de equipaje, auditoría y almacenaje de Recepción.
  • Apoyar en actividades como contestar teléfonos, realizar reservaciones (restaurantes, tours, transporte), siguiendo los lineamientos de la compañía.
  • Completar correctamente las tareas del checklist diario.
  • Realizar tareas adicionales relacionadas con el área cuando sean requeridas por Supervisión o Gerencia.

Qualifications

Para desempeñar este puesto con éxito, debe poseer las siguientes cualificaciones y experiencia mínimas:

  • Conducir autos de diferentes tipos (indispensable)
  • Conocimientos básicos de estacionamiento seguro
  • Manejo de carritos de golf
  • Experiencia en manejo de equipaje
  • Conocimiento en procedimientos de check-in y bienvenida
  • Manejo del idioma inglés avanzado
  • Contar con licencia de conducir vigente
