WiseGroup to ekosystem firm integrujących strategię, sprzedaż, marketing, HR, technologie, finanse i prawo. Codziennie trafiają do nas zapytania od firm, którym możemy pomóc w mądrym wzroście. Szukamy osoby, która będzie pierwszym punktem kontaktu dla tych firm: zrozumie, z czym naprawdę przychodzą, połączy je z odpowiednią osobą, poprowadzi przez ofertę i umowę, a potem będzie dla nich wsparciem przez czas trwania współpracy.

  • Nie szukasz klientów, bo oni przychodzą do nas z działań naszego marketingu. Twoją rolą jest szybka i dobra obsługa tych zapytań.
  • Priorytetem są nowe zapytania. Dzwonisz na bieżąco do firm, które zostawiły kontakt.
  • Rozmawiając z klientem, dopytujesz, jaki problem biznesowy stoi za jego zapytaniem. Potem dobierasz konsultanta pod kątem specjalizacji i dostępności i umawiasz konsultację.
  • Prowadzisz klienta przez ofertę i negocjacje aż do podpisania umowy, we współpracy z konsultantami i zespołem wsparcia.
  • Dbasz o relacje z obecnymi klientami i rozwijasz z nimi współpracę.
  • Na co dzień pracujesz w LiveSpace, a w notatkach i doborze konsultanta wspiera Cię nasz asystent AI.

Najlepiej odnajdzie się tu osoba z:

  • Doświadczeniem w sprzedaży doradczej. Potrafisz prowadzić rozmowę pytaniami, zdiagnozować problem klienta i dopiero potem zaproponować rozwiązanie i odpowiednią usługę, która wspomoże biznes klienta.
  • Doświadczeniem w sprzedaży usług B2B, najlepiej marketingowych, sprzedażowych, szkoleniowych lub HR.
  • Doświadczeniem w prowadzeniu wielu tematów równolegle, bez gubienia wątków.
  • Nawykiem pracy w CRM i porządku w dokumentach. Oferty, umowy i notatki masz na bieżąco.
  • Mile widziana jest też znajomość języka angielskiego, ale nie jest to must have :)

Nie musisz znać naszych usług ani narzędzi. Know-how, CRM i asystenta AI poznasz na miejscu, z pomocą zespołu.

Ta rola prawdopodobnie nie jest dla Ciebie, jeśli

  • Najlepiej czujesz się w huntingu, cold callingu i spotkaniach w terenie. W tej roli nie pozyskujesz klientów na zimno.
  • Wolisz długie bloki skupienia nad jednym tematem. Tutaj nowe zapytanie czy telefon od klienta wymagają szybkiej reakcji.
  • Umowy, maile i CRM traktujesz jako zło konieczne. To stała i duża część tej pracy.
  • Wynagrodzenie w wysokości 9 500 - 11 000 PLN netto + VAT (B2B) oraz wynagrodzenie zmienne za realizację celów. Zwykle wynosi ono około 3 000 zł miesięcznie, a osoby z najlepszymi wynikami osiągają nawet 5 000 zł.
  • Współpracę w trybie hybrydowym z Gliwic.
  • Niezbędne narzędzia i sprzęt.
  • Stały dopływ kalorycznych leadów, bez szukania klientów na zimno ;)
  • Dostęp do wszystkich naszych szkoleń, płatnych i wewnętrznych.
  • Dostęp do ekspertów z całego WiseGroup: strategii, marketingu, HR, technologii, finansów i prawa.
