Naszym klientem jest firma specjalizująca się w sprzedaży nowych oraz poleasingowych serwerów, urządzeń sieciowych i akcesoriów komputerowych. Firma kieruje swoją sprzedaż przede wszystkim do klientów biznesowych, a jej wyróżnikiem jest wysoka wiedza techniczna oraz silna orientacja na potrzeby klienta.

Ze względu na dynamiczny rozwój sprzedaży, poszukujemy odpowiedzialnej i doświadczonej osoby na stanowisko Specjalisty / Specjalistki sprzedaży (m/k). Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna przede wszystkim za aktywną sprzedaż B2B w modelu doradczym, wsparcie merytoryczne klientów oraz obsługę zapytań przychodzących.

Zakres obowiązków

  • Sprzedaż nowych oraz poleasingowych serwerów, akcesoriów oraz urządzeń sieciowych głównie do klientów biznesowych (B2B)
  • Sprzedaż doradcza w oparciu o korzyści biznesowe dla klienta
  • Pełne wsparcie merytoryczne klientów (w tym doradztwo techniczne)
  • Bieżąca obsługa telefoniczna oraz odpowiedzi na zapytania przychodzące (inbound – telefon i mail)
  • Bieżąca współpraca z działem magazynu i serwisu oraz budowanie długotrwałych relacji z klientami B2B

Poszukiwane kompetencje

  • Praktyczne doświadczenie zawodowe lub wiedza w obszarze serwerów i/lub przełączników i/lub komputerów
  • Doświadczenie w sprzedaży komponentów technologicznych
  • Umiejętność rozmowy z klientem na tematy techniczne w zakresie jego potrzeb oraz możliwości ich zaspokojenia (consultative selling)
  • Umiejętność budowania wizerunku wiarygodnego merytorycznego partnera
  • Samodzielność i dobra organizacja pracy przy obsłudze zapytań
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie minimum B1

Mile widziane

  • Umiejętność zwiększania wartości koszyka zakupowego (cross/upsell)
  • Umiejętność pracy w CRM i/lub programach magazynowo-finansowych
