SellWise to firma doradczo-szkoleniowa specjalizująca się w sprzedaży B2B, działająca w ramach WiseGroup, ekosystemu firm integrujących strategię, sprzedaż, marketing, HR, technologie, finanse i prawo. Prowadzimy też mentoring biznesowy: klient przychodzi z realnym problemem, a mentor mówi wprost, co zrobiłby na jego miejscu, opierając się na własnym doświadczeniu. Szukamy współpracującego konsultanta, który weźmie tę usługę na siebie.

  • Prowadzisz sesje mentoringowe z klientami w szerokim zakresie tematów: zarządzanie, przywództwo, budowanie i skalowanie biznesu, rozwój i kariera, rozmowy z zarządem i wspólnikami.
  • Bierzesz udział w konsultacji, w trakcie której diagnozujesz sytuację klienta i wspólnie szukacie obszarów, w których możesz go wesprzeć.
  • Dajesz konkretną rekomendację popartą doświadczeniem i bierzesz za nią współodpowiedzialność.
  • Zostawiasz klientowi plan pracy: rekomendacje, harmonogram i pierwszy krok - wdrożenie zostaje po jego stronie.
  • Przy tematach sprzedażowych opierasz się na metodyce WSS (Wise Selling System), przy pozostałych na własnym doświadczeniu.

Zależy nam na kimś z realnym doświadczeniem biznesowym.

  • Masz 12-15 lat doświadczenia w prowadzeniu lub rozwijaniu firmy/linii biznesowej.
  • Masz realne doświadczenie w kilku obszarach poza sprzedażą: zarządzaniu, przywództwie, karierze, rozmowach z zarządem i wspólnikami.
  • Docierasz do sedna: pierwszy temat klienta traktujesz jako punkt wyjścia, nie gotową diagnozę.
  • Prowadzisz sesje w oparciu o strukturę: ustalasz z klientem cel, harmonogram i pierwszy krok.
  • Certyfikat mentorski (EMCC, ICF, John Maxwell Team) będzie atutem, ale nie jest warunkiem.

  • Współpraca B2B, start od zaraz.
  • Pracę z klientami, którzy już czekają - nie pozyskujesz aktywnie.
  • Wdrożenie w nasz sposób pracy: playbook mentora, materiały i struktura sesji, a przy tematach sprzedażowych metodyka WSS.
  • Dostęp do wszystkich naszych szkoleń, płatnych i wewnętrznych.
  • Dostęp do ekspertów z całego WiseGroup: strategii, marketingu, HR, technologii, finansów i prawa.
