WiseGroup to ekosystem firm integrujących strategię, sprzedaż, marketing, HR, technologie, finanse i prawo. AdWise to nasza agencja marketingu B2B, część tego ekosystemu. Pomagamy klientom ogarnąć strategię, content, płatny ruch i audyty, czasem kompleksowo, czasem punktowo. Zespół Project Managerów rośnie razem z liczbą klientów, którym pomagamy w mądrym wzroście.

Prowadzisz równolegle kilkanaście projektów, z których każdy jest na innym etapie. W każdym tygodniu planujesz i rozdzielasz priorytety specjalistom (content, SEO, Ads, dev). Jesteś głównym punktem kontaktu dla swoich klientów przez cały czas trwania współpracy. Wyprzedzasz działania, rozwijasz współprace i sygnalizujesz ryzyka, zanim pojawi się problem. Aktywnie doradzasz i edukujesz klienta w zakresie marketingu, dzięki czemu widzi w Tobie partnera, a nie tylko wykonawcę zleceń. Pilnujesz też rentowności każdego projektu: godziny specjalistów muszą się bilansować z budżetem klienta, a Ty na koniec miesiąca to rozliczasz.

Szukamy Project Managera w marketingu, z:

  • Realną, praktyczną znajomością marketingu (kanały, rodzaje kampanii, podstawowe metryki)
  • Doświadczeniem w marketingu B2B i w pracy agencyjnej
  • Doświadczeniem w samodzielnym podejmowaniu decyzji operacyjnych, bez czekania na akceptację
  • Doświadczeniem w koordynowaniu kilkunastu projektów równolegle
  • Podstawowym doświadczeniem w zarządzaniu budżetem i rentownością projektów
  • Umiejętnością rozmowy z klientem B2B na różnych szczeblach, od managera marketingu po zarząd
