DEINE ROLLE

Du bist von der digitalen Welt fasziniert und hast gerne das große Ganze im Blick? Als Projektleiter (m/w/d) Digital Workplace bist du die Schnittstelle zwischen Kunde und internem Projektteam und transformierst die Kommunikationslandschaft von Kunden aus unterschiedlichen Branchen.

WAS HEIßT DAS GENAU?

  • Von Anfang an dabei: von der Teilnahme an Pitches und Kick-off-Meetings beim Kunden über die Konzeption und Umsetzung der digitalen Lösungen bis hin zur Qualitätssicherung während der gesamten Projektphase
  • Alles stets im Auge: Du trägst die Verantwortung für für die Steuerung komplexer Projekte und leitest interdisziplinäre Projektteams, bestehend aus Digital Workplace Consultants und Technical Project Managern. Dabei sorgst du für einen reibungslosen Projektablauf sowie eine transparente Kommunikation. Das magische Dreieck aller Projektleitenden (Time, Budget & Quality) hast du stets im Blick.
  • Immer nah am Kunden: Workshops, Schulungen und Moderationen vor Ort - du bist erster Ansprechpartner und Berater für den Kunden.
  • Zahlen sind dein Ding: Du sorgst dafür, dass Projektziele erreicht werden, Ressourcen stets verfügbar sind und das Budget im Rahmen bleibt.
  • Den Blick aufs Ganze: Du hast immer auch die vertriebliche Brille auf und setzt dich im Rahmen der Bestandkundenentwicklung für eine strategische, langfristige Kundenbindung und -entwicklung ein.
  • Bleib am Ball: Werde Experte für die digitale Transformation der Arbeitswelt und gib dein Wissen in Form von Webinaren und Fachbeiträgen weiter.

DAMIT FÄHRST DU GUT

  • Eine solide Grundlage: Du hast ein gut abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung, das brennende Interesse an digitalen Themen sowie umfassende Berufserfahrung in der Steuerung von internationalen Kunden und großen Projekten.
  • Dein Handwerkszeug: Du bist analytisch stark, gut organisiert und hast die Strategie des Kunden im Blick. Von Meilensteinen über Stakeholder-Management bis zur Risikoanalyse – du bist sattelfest in Projektmanagement-Methoden und hast idealerweise eine Zertifizierung.
  • Breites Spektrum: Du beleuchtest die Aufgabenstellung von allen Seiten, kannst flexibel auf unterschiedliche Anforderungen eingehen und bist ein Kommunikationsprofi und Teamplayer.
  • Der Sache gewachsen: Auch bei Termindruck und Verhandlungen bleibst du stets souverän.
  • Zu guter Letzt: Reisebereitschaft (1-2x im Monat) sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen (C1) und englischen Sprache (B2) in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.
