DEINE ROLLE

Als Senior Microsoft 365 Berater (m/w/d) unterstützt du unsere Kund:innen bei der Umsetzung moderner Cloud-, Identity- und Workplace-Lösungen auf Basis von Microsoft. Du kombinierst technisches Know-how mit Beratungskompetenz und sorgst dafür, dass komplexe Anforderungen in klare Lösungen übersetzt werden.

Als Schnittstelle zwischen Technischen Projektmanager/in und Kunden-IT entwickelst du Lösungswege und begleitest die Konzeption und Umsetzung sämtlicher IT-Anforderungen bzw. Aufgaben im Projekt.

WAS HEIßT DAS GENAU?

Jede Woche ist unterschiedlich. So könnte dein Montag aussehen:

Du startest mit deiner Unit „Tetris“ in die Wochenplanung und priorisiert gemeinsam laufende Kundenprojekte. Danach führst du einen Kunden-Call zu Microsoft‑365‑Governance und klärst technische Optionen.

Anschließend bereitest du einen Workshop zum Identity‑ und Conditional‑Access‑Design vor. Am Nachmittag unterstützt du den Service Desk als fachliche Ansprechperson bei tiefergehenden Fragen.

  • Microsoft 365 meistern: Du berätst Kunden zur Tenant‑Administration – von Conditional Access und MFA bis zu Governance, Security und Compliance – und hilfst beim Aufbau wirksamer Compliance- und Sicherheitsstrukturen.
  • Automatisierung vorantreiben: Du automatisierst Microsoft 365‑Prozesse und setzt gemeinsam mit unseren Engineers mit Power Platform, PowerShell und APIs moderne, skalierbare Lösungen um.
  • In direkter Zusammenarbeit: Du bereitest Kunden-Workshops vor und führst sie durch – praxisnah und lösungsorientiert.

DAMIT FÄHRST DU GUT

  • Microsoft 365 Expertise: Du setzt deine Berufserfahrung in der Implementierung von modernen Arbeitsumgebungen mit Schwerpunkt Microsoft 365 ein.
  • Technisches Fundament: Du hast ein Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss und bringst fundiertes Wissen in IT-Architekturen mit.
  • Sprachkompetenz: Du überzeugst unsere Kunden auf Deutsch (C1) und Englisch – schriftlich wie mündlich.
  • Kommunikation gestalten: Du erklärst technische Inhalte verständlich und baust Vertrauen bei Kunden und im Team auf.
  • On top: erste Erfahrungen mit KI-basierten Tools, PowerShell, Cloud-, Security- oder Automatisierungsvertiefung sowie Zertifizierungen im M365 Umfeld (z.B. MS100/700; SC300/401; PL200/300/400/600; AB100)
