Job Description

En la Dirección de Asesoría Jurídica de Hispasat buscamos incorporar un/a abogado/a al equipo.

Las principales tareas que tendrá encomendadas son:

  • Elaborar, revisar y negociar todo tipo de contratos y demás documentos de naturaleza jurídica relacionados con la actividad de la compañía (principalmente aquellos relacionados con su actividad comercial), acuerdos estratégicos, operaciones corporativas y de crecimiento inorgánico, acuerdos de desarrollo conjunto de proyectos, acuerdos de confidencialidad, mediación comercial, acuerdos de colaboración, etc.
  • Asesorar a las diferentes direcciones del Grupo, en particular desde la perspectiva del derecho civil y mercantil, resolviendo cualquier tipo de cuestión o consulta relacionada con aspectos de naturaleza jurídica que puedan plantear las distintas direcciones de HISPASAT en el desarrollo de sus actividades ordinarias.
  • Coordinar y supervisar el trabajo prestado por los despachos de abogados externos que prestan servicios a la compañía.

COMPETENCIAS Y HABILIDADES DESEADAS:

  • Capacidad de análisis e interpretación de normas y jurisprudencia.
  • Trabajo en un entorno eminentemente internacional y global.
  • Iniciativa para poder generar y compartir nuevos conocimientos.
  • Habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita a nivel profesional (tanto en español como en inglés), incluida la capacidad de redactar con precisión y claridad, así como argumentar de forma oral fluida.
  • Capacidad de aprendizaje constante e inteligencia emocional para interactuar con terceras partes en el ejercicio de su actividad profesional.
  • Orientación al trabajo en equipo, iniciativa y compromiso.

CUALIFICACIONES Y EXPERIENCIA:

  • Licenciatura en Derecho.
  • Se valorará Master en derecho empresarial / asesoría jurídica de empresas.
  • Imprescindible un mínimo de 4 a 6 años como abogado de empresa en el ámbito del derecho civil y mercantil.
  • Deseable experiencia previa en empresa del sector de las telecomunicaciones.
  • Conocimientos y experiencia en contratación mercantil nacional e internacional.
  • Experiencia internacional.
  • Inglés muy alto hablado y escrito, valorándose conocimientos de portugués.
