Job Description

Brindar apoyo en la implementación, mantenimiento y mejora continua de los sistemas de gestión SG-SST y SGC a nivel regional, mediante el acompañamiento a procesos administrativos y operativos de HSEQ, gestión documental, seguimiento a requisitos legales y de seguridad, apoyo en inspecciones, comités, control de dotaciones, coordinación con proveedores y seguimiento a actividades de salud ocupacional, contribuyendo al cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, seguridad y bienestar organizacional.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Realizar inventario de los insumos del área.
  • Acompañamiento a los comités (COPASST, Brigada de Emergencia, Comité de Convivencia) a nivel regional.
  • Apoyar la gestión de los exámenes médicos periódicos nivel regional.
  • Codificación y seguimiento documental en el listado maestro del SGC.
  • Apoyo en el manejo de presupuesto de HSEQ (anticipos, creación de proveedores).
  • Brindar acompañamiento al asesor de calidad.
  • Apoyo en entrega de dotaciones a nivel regional.

Requisitos:

  • Disponibilidad de horario para trabajar de Lunes a Viernes, de 8am a 6pm.
  • Estar en etapa práctica o productiva.
  • No haber firmado contrato de aprendizaje anteriormente.

Formación:

  • Estudiante técnico o tecnólogo en SST, calidad, producción industrial, administrativo o afines.
