  • Evaluate and utilize current and emerging technologies to identify trends, enhance analytical capabilities, and deliver innovative solutions and recommendations.
  • Lead cross functional projects and programs, communicating complex analytical findings through clear and concise presentations to management and executive audiences.
  • Drive adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) by leading initiatives, establishing best practices, and scaling capabilities across the team.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members in advanced analytics and data science practices and provide regular updates and insights to management.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Quantitative Economics, Marketing Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field; Master’s degree with relevant professional experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical, quantitative, or technical role.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL, with hands-on experience in data engineering, data wrangling, feature engineering, and scalable data processing.
  • Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques (e.g., regression, hypothesis testing, dimensionality reduction, predictive modeling, and data mining) to generate actionable business insights.
  • Experience working with diverse data sources, data platforms, and reporting/analytics tools (e.g., SQL Server, Denodo or similar technologies).
  • Experience with Cloud platforms, including storage, querying, and advanced analytics (AWS, GCP or Azure).
  • Strong data visualization and storytelling skills, with proficiency in tools such as Power BI and advanced Excel.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling principles, ML libraries and best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to explore and leverage new data sources, tools, and methodologies to improve analytical capabilities and business outcomes.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
