Deine Aufgaben

  • Begleite spannende Bauprojekte und erlebe alle Facetten der Projektsteuerung und des -managements hautnah
  • Dein Job ist Kommunikation pur – du bringst Menschen zusammen, koordinierst Abläufe und hältst alle im Austausch
  • Übernimm nach und nach Verantwortung, z. B. für Projektorganisation, Kostenverfolgung, Terminplanung und Qualitätssicherung
  • Qualitätssicherung bedeutet bei uns vor allem Büroarbeit, kombiniert mit vereinzelten Baustellen-Terminen für eine optimale Abstimmung
  • Bringe deine Ideen ein bei Ausschreibungen und unterstütze uns aktiv in der Akquise neuer Projekte
  • Gestalte deine Entwicklung selbst: Bei Interesse kannst du später Werkstudierende betreuen und erste Führungserfahrung sammeln

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur oder vergleichbare Fachrichtung
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen (z. B. Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeit) sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss
  • Motivation, Hands-on-Mentalität und hohe Lernbereitschaft
  • Teamgeist – du arbeitest gern eigenständig, aber nie allein
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Kontaktfähigkeit, da wir in der Projektsteuerung im engen Austausch mit verschiedenen Beteiligten stehen
  • Moderations- und Präsentationsstärke kombiniert mit digitaler Kompetenz und fundierten MS-Office-Kenntnissen
  • Sehr gutes Ausdrucks- und Formulierungsvermögen in deutscher Sprache, da die mündliche sowie schriftliche Kommunikation intern und extern täglich zu unseren To-Do's gehört
  • Gültige Fahrerlaubnis, da wir auch immer wieder vor Ort auf der Baustelle Termine wahrnehmen
