Deine Aufgaben

  • Projektsteuerung und -management von spannenden Bauprojekten
  • Bearbeitung unterschiedlicher Infrastruktur-Projekte
  • Schrittweise Verantwortungsübernehme im Projekt, z.B. Projektorganisation, Kostenverfolgung, Termin- und Qualitätssicherung
  • Unterstützung der erfahrenen Projektleitung in der Projektbearbeitung
  • Qualitätssicherung von Ausschreibungen und Beobachtung der Bauausführung durch regelmäßige Begehungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung der Akquise
  • Bei Interesse Einarbeitung und Betreuung von Werkstudierende

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Infrastrukturmanagement oder vergleichbares
  • Relevante Berufserfahrung in der Projektsteuerung, Bauprojektmanagement bzw. Planung oder einer vergleichbaren Aufgabe
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich Infrastruktur, komplexer Verkehrsanlagen mit Schwerpunkt Schiene oder vergleichbare Erfahrung in der Eisenbahninfrastruktur
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement sowie im Planungs- und Vergaberecht (HOAI, VgV, VOB)
  • Kenntnisse der Betreuung von Planfeststellungsverfahren, Richtlinien für die Planung von Stadt-/Straßenbahnen wünschenswert
  • Sehr gutes Ausdrucks- und Formulierungsvermögen in deutscher Sprache, da die mündliche sowie schriftliche Kommunikation intern und extern täglich zu unseren To-Do's gehört
  • Hohe Teamfähigkeit und Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur Priorisierung sowie eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Außerordentliche Motivation, Hands-On-Mentalität und eine hohe Lernbereitschaft
  • Selbstbewusstes und verbindliches, souveränes Auftreten
  • Hohe Bereitschaft zur fachlichen und persönlichen Entwicklung
  • Gültige Fahrerlaubnis
