Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung für einen definierten Mitarbeitendenkreis mit DATEV LODAS
  • Verantwortung für das Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen Personio und DATEV sowie Sicherstellung der korrekten Übertragung abrechnungsrelevanter Daten
  • Pflege und Qualitätssicherung der Personalstammdaten in Personio und DATEV
  • Zuständigkeit für das Melde- und Bescheinigungswesen sowie den elektronischen Datenaustausch mit Krankenkassen, Finanzämtern und Sozialversicherungsträgern
  • Kompetente Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte bei lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
  • Unterstützung bei Jahresabschlussarbeiten sowie bei Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsprüfungen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Steuerfachangestellte/r, Industriekaufmann/-frau) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV LODAS
  • Erfahrung mit Personio in der vorbereitenden Lohnbuchhaltung ist wünschenswert, aber kein Muss.
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und diskrete Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Serviceorientiertes und professionelles Auftreten in der internen Kommunikation
