Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung der Fach-Projektmanager:innen des Vergabeteams über alle Phasen EU-weiter, aber auch nationaler Vergabeverfahren hinweg
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Vergabeterminplänen
  • Erstellung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen, Preisspiegeln und Bewerbenden- bzw. Bietendeninformationen
  • Koordination von Besprechungen, Bieterpräsentationen und Verhandlungsgesprächen
  • Fortlaufende Dokumentation der Vergabeverfahren (digital und analog)

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbarer beruflicher Hintergrund
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Projektgeschäft, etwa in einem Ingenieurbüro, einem Bauunternehmen oder auf Bauherrenseite
  • Fähigkeit und Wille, dich rasch und systematisch in komplexe Aufgabenstellungen einzuarbeiten
  • Sehr gutes Ausdrucks- und Formulierungsvermögen in deutscher Sprache, da die mündliche sowie schriftliche Kommunikation intern und extern täglich zu unseren To-Do's gehört
  • Eingespielter Umgang mit dem MS-Office-Paket (v. a. Word, Excel und Outlook)
  • Teamorientierte, zielstrebige, präzise und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Bereitschaft, dich fachlich und persönlich weiterzuentwickeln
  • Diskretion und hohe Eigenmotivation
