Deine Aufgaben

Im Bereich BIM-Management

  • Unterstützung der BIM-Projektleitung /des BIM-Managements
  • Analyse und Monitoring von BIM-Prozessen /Datenanalyse
  • Unterstützung bei der (Weiter-)Entwicklung von BIM-Anwendungsfällen
  • Weiterentwicklung und Bearbeitung der BIM-Rahmendokumente AIA, BAP, usw.
  • Optimierung von Qualitätssicherungsprozessen
  • Unterstützung bei BIM-Strategie-Beratungen
  • Vorbereitung von Workshopdokumenten
  • Mitwirkung und Erstellung von Akquiseunterlagen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen aus der Projektsteuerung, dem Bereich LEAN, Nachhaltigkeit und KI um Innovationen voranzutreiben und eine Kultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung zu fördern

Im Bereich Projektsteuerung mit BIM

  • Unterstützung der Entwicklung der Projektsteuerungsleistung mit BIM
  • Unterstützung der BIM-Implementierung bei HI
  • Entwicklung und Erarbeitung von unterstützenden Leitfäden bzgl. Strategie, Methoden und Werkzeugen

Dein Profil

  • Aktuelles Studium im Bereich Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen, Baumanagement oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen mit entsprechender Ausrichtung
  • Optimalerweise bereits relevante Berufserfahrung als Werkstudent oder Praktikant (m/w/d), z.B. ebenfalls in der Projektsteuerung, im Bereich BIM oder in der Planung
  • Lust Innovationen im BIM Team voranzutreiben und den neuesten Entwicklungen zu folgen und zu evaluieren
  • Außerordentliche Eigenmotivation, Hands-On-Mentalität und eine sehr hohe Lernbereitschaft
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Kontaktfähigkeit, sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Proaktive und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
