Job Title: RN Visit Nurse | Take Your Nursing Beyond the Bedside | $4,000 Sign-On Bonus Company: Home Health Care, Inc. Location: Greater Twin Cities Metro Area Schedule: Full-Time | On-Call & Weekend Rotation Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 per year + $4,000 Sign-On Bonus To Stand Out Email Elena Ehrlich at [email protected] with a brief overview of your RN experience, clinical background, home health experience, and what you're hoping to find in your next nursing position. Some Nurses Are at Their Best When They're Trusted to Take the Lead. No nurses' station. No call light going off in the next room. No waiting for someone else to tell you what needs to happen next. You walk through the patient's front door, assess what's happening, determine what they need, provide the care, educate the family, and communicate your findings back to the rest of the clinical team. That's home health nursing. At Home Health Care, Inc., we're looking for an experienced RN Visit Nurse who enjoys the independence of working in the field while still having an established clinical team behind them. For the right nurse, it's one of the most rewarding ways to practice. Your Patient. Your Visit. Your Clinical Judgment. In a hospital or facility, your attention can be divided between multiple patients, competing priorities, interruptions, and everything happening around you. Home health changes the environment. When you arrive for a visit, that patient is your focus. You have the opportunity to assess more than what's written in the chart. Is the patient actually taking their medications correctly? Can they safely manage their wound care? Does the family understand the treatment plan? Has something changed since the last visit? Is there a subtle clinical issue that needs to be addressed before it becomes an emergency? Your assessment can be the difference between a patient continuing to recover at home and ending up back in the hospital. That's why experienced nurses can thrive here. What Your Visits Could Include As an RN Visit Nurse, you'll travel throughout your assigned area providing skilled nursing care directly in patients' homes. Your visits may include: Comprehensive nursing assessments Wound care and wound assessment Medication reconciliation and management Injections and other skilled nursing procedures Monitoring chronic and acute medical conditions Patient and caregiver education Identifying changes in condition Communicating concerns and updates with physicians Coordinating with PT, OT, SLP, social work, and other members of the care team Helping patients understand how to manage their health safely at home Completing timely documentation in Homecare Homebase (HCHB) Every home is different. Every patient is different. And every visit requires you to bring your clinical judgment with you. Why Experienced Nurses Make the Move to Home Health Maybe you've spent years in a hospital and are ready for something different. Maybe you're tired of spending an entire shift running from one immediate need to another. Maybe you enjoy patient education but rarely have enough time to actually do it. Maybe you simply know you're capable of working more independently. Home health gives you the opportunity to take everything you've learned as a nurse and use it in a completely different environment. You're still providing skilled clinical care. But now you're also seeing how your patients actually live. That perspective matters. Why Home Health Care, Inc.? We've been caring for Minnesota patients since 1994. We're not a new agency trying to figure out home health. We're an established, Medicare-certified, locally owned organization with decades of experience supporting nurses and caring for patients throughout Minnesota. Our RN Visit Nurses receive: $75,000 - $100,000 annual compensation $4,000 Sign-On Bonus Full-Time employment Meaningful 1:1 patient visits Independence in the field Support from an interdisciplinary clinical team Established home health systems and processes Homecare Homebase (HCHB) documentation The opportunity to build real relationships with patients and families A career with an organization that has been serving Minnesota communities for more than 30 years Who Thrives as an RN Visit Nurse? The strongest Visit Nurses aren't simply clinically capable. They're comfortable walking into an unfamiliar situation and figuring out what needs to happen. They're observant. They're organized. They communicate. They educate. They know when something doesn't look right. And they're confident enough to work independently while knowing when to involve the rest of the team. We're looking for: An active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license Strong nursing assessment and critical-thinking skills Previous experience in home health, hospital nursing, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or other clinical settings Confidence working independently in the field Strong patient and family communication skills Excellent organization and time-management abilities Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout an assigned service area A nurse who takes ownership of their patients and follows through Previous home health experience is certainly valuable, but nurses from other clinical environments who have the right combination of independence, assessment skills, and patient-care experience are encouraged to connect with us. You Already Know How to Be a Nurse. See What Happens When You're Given More Independence to Do It. Your office changes throughout the day. Your patients get your attention one at a time. Your clinical judgment matters. And the care you provide helps people stay in the place most of them would rather be: Home. If you're ready to take your nursing skills beyond the traditional bedside, we'd like to hear from you. Email Elena Ehrlich at [email protected] with a brief overview of your RN experience and what you're looking for next. Bring your clinical experience. We'll give you the opportunity to use it—one visit at a time.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
