Join Home Health Services of Virginia as a Licensed Nursing Professional (LNP) working Monday through Wednesday from 9am to 3pm. Enjoy a schedule that offers NO WEEKENDS and NO HOLIDAYS, providing a balanced work-life experience while delivering quality care in Chesterfield, VA.

Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring comfort and safety.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient health and report changes to the healthcare team.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
  • Educate patients and their families on healthcare management and preventive care.

Requirements

  • Current and valid Licensed Nursing Professional (LNP) certification.
  • Experience in home health care or a similar clinical setting preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Reliable transportation to visit patients’ homes in Chesterfield, VA area.
  • Compliance with all state and federal healthcare regulations.
