Diese Rolle richtet sich an Menschen, die lernen wollen, sorgfältig arbeiten, mitdenken und bereit sind, in einem Team Verantwortung zu tragen. Die die Medien Audio und Video lieben und diesen Bereich sehr gern selbstständig entwickeln wollen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Da wir gern agil unterwegs sind und unsere Strukturen nicht aufblähen wollen, suchen wir den kompetenten Allrounder.
  • Audio-Betreuung unserer Live-Seminare & Vorträge (stationär & unterwegs)
  • Auf- und Abbau, Soundchecks, laufende technische Betreuung
  • Verantwortung für mobile und stationäre Audio-Setups
  • Mitarbeit im Videobereich (Kamera, Licht, technische Setups)
  • Audio- und Videoschnitt / Nachbearbeitung (Podcast, Videoformate, Social Media)
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung des Sounds unserer Medienprodukte
  • Abmischung von Musik und Klang für Meditationen (oder ernsthaftes Interesse, dich darin weiterzubilden)
  • Pflege, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Medienprozesse
  • Integration neuer Technologien (inkl. KI-Tools) und Einbringen konkreter Verbesserungsvorschläge
  • Verlässliche Zusammenarbeit im Team, insbesondere bei Live-Formaten und auf Reisen

Was wir erwarten

  • Nachweisbare Kompetenz in Audiotechnik, idealerweise mit Live-Sound-Erfahrung
  • Solides Interesse an Video, Schnitt und Postproduktion
  • Intrinsische Motivation, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und den Bereich stetig weiterzuentwickeln
  • Bereitschaft, dich kontinuierlich weiterzubilden und Neues praktisch umzusetzen
  • Interesse an Klangästhetik, Sounddesign oder Musik, insbesondere für meditative Formate
  • Sorgfalt, Zuverlässigkeit und professionelle Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Verbindlichkeit – besonders in intensiven Arbeitsphasen
  • Eigenständiges Arbeiten ohne ständige Anleitung
  • Technologische Offenheit und Affinität zu KI
  • Reisebereitschaft: ca. 2–3 Monate pro Jahr
