Deine Kernaufgaben:

  • Kreative Konzeption, Planung und Umsetzung von Video-Content (z.B. für Social Media, YouTube, Onlinekurse und Live-Seminare).
  • Videoproduktion (Dreh, Schnitt, Nachbearbeitung) mit eigenständiger Umsetzung.
  • Kontinuierliche Recherche aktueller Social-Media- und Video-Trends sowie Entwicklung innovativer Content-Ideen.
  • Proaktive Vorschläge für spannende und authentische Inhalte, die zu unserer Markenidentität passen.
  • Eigenständige Entwicklung und Produktion von Grafik- und Schnittmaterial.
  • Erforschung und Einsatz von KI-Tools (z.B. KI-generierte Videos, Avatare, automatisierte Video-Editing-Lösungen).
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kernteam, um kontinuierlich höchste Qualität und Konsistenz unserer Inhalte sicherzustellen.

Must-have-Qualifikationen:

  • Exzellente Fähigkeiten im Bereich Videodreh und -schnitt (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut oder vergleichbare Tools).
  • Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Erstellung und Umsetzung von Video-Content für verschiedene Plattformen (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Starkes Gespür für Social-Media-Trends und -Mechanismen.
  • Grundlegende Kenntnisse in Grafikdesign (Adobe Photoshop, Canva o.Ä.).
  • Erfahrung mit KI-Tools im Bereich Medienproduktion (Midjourney, RunwayML, Synthesia o.Ä.).
  • Kenntnisse im Motion-Graphics-Bereich (Adobe After Effects).
  • Eigeninitiative, Zuverlässigkeit, Loyalität und hervorragende organisatorische Fähigkeiten.
  • Offene und proaktive Haltung zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung, insbesondere im Bereich KI-gestützter Medientechnologien.

Nice-to-have-Qualifikationen:

  • Erfahrung in der Gestaltung authentischer Inhalte im Coaching- oder Bildungsbereich.
  • Ein Gespür für Storytelling und emotional wirkungsvolle Kommunikation.
