Mit der Stelle Junior / Senior Community Manager (m/w/d) hast du einen sehr vielseitigen und flexiblen Aufgabenbereich. In unserer Villa in Baden-Baden (oder vom Homeoffice) besteht deine Aufgabe hauptsächlich darin, unsere stetig wachsende homodea-Community zu betreuen. Du kümmerst dich um die Kommunikation zwischen uns und den Nutzer*innen in unseren Gruppen und Foren.

  • Mit deiner Erfahrung pflegst und entwickelst du sowohl die Kommunikation zwischen homodea und den Nutzer*innen, als auch die Kommunikation der Nutzer*innen untereinander.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für Moderation der Online-Kommunikation und Foren-Administration.
  • Du bist maßgeblich mit dafür verantwortlich, dass wir bei allem Wachstum niemals an Tiefe und Integrität verlieren.
  • Deine Ideen und Aktionen wertschätzen unsere Nutzer*innen und laden sie ein, sich selbst mit ihren Fähigkeiten und Bedürfnissen aktiv und erfolgreich ins Netzwerk einzubringen.
  • Du entwickelst Konzepte zum Aufbau und zur Erweiterung der Community.
  • Du kanalisiert das Feedback von unseren Mitgliedern.
  • Du organisierst und moderierst unsere Community-Veranstaltungen.
  • Du arbeitest gemeinsam mit dem Kundenservice und dem Vertrieb/Logistik.
  • Du bist geschickt beim Umgang mit Kritik und beim Krisenmanagement in Problemsituationen.
  • Du erstellst Statistiken und Reports über die Community.
  • Du hast BEREITS Berufserfahrung in Aufbau, Entwicklung und Kommunikation mit einer Onlone Community..
  • Du hast eine Affinität für Online Medien und zu digitalen Technologien.
  • Du bist immer auf dem neuesten Wissensstand der Möglichkeiten.
  • Du hast Kommunikationsskills im Dialog mit Einzelnen und einem Schwarm
  • Du hast Kenntnis über dezentrale Netzwerke, Tribe-Dynamiken und Love Brands.
  • Du bist integer und werteorientiert.
  • Du bist ein Organisationstalent und hast einen hohen Anspruch an deine eigene Arbeit.
  • Als Teamplayer*in bist du kommunikativ und kannst dein Team motivieren.
  • Du bist ein*e coole*r Macher*in, übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und schaffst es, deine Begeisterung auf das Team und Community zu übertragen.
