The posting

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong communication skills to support our custom signage and visual communications business. The primary focus is designing signage, preparing production-ready artwork, and creating permit-ready layouts using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sign design, prepress, and print production, along with the ability to communicate clearly with internal teams, understand design requirements, and manage projects efficiently. Experience with FlexiSIGN is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design custom signs, banners, vehicle wraps, window graphics, decals, storefront signage, and promotional materials.
  • Create production-ready artwork using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Develop accurate permit-ready layouts with dimensions, measurements, and required specifications.
  • Review, recreate, vectorize, and correct customer-supplied artwork.
  • Prepare design proofs and make revisions based on feedback from the internal sales team.
  • Ensure correct resolution, colors, fonts, bleeds, cut paths, and file formats.
  • Prepare artwork for large-format printing, vinyl cutting, and other production methods.
  • Communicate effectively with internal sales and production teams to understand project requirements, clarify instructions, and provide timely updates.
  • Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to understand instructions, ask relevant questions, and clearly explain design-related details.
  • Experience in graphic design, preferably within signage, printing, or visual communications.
  • Knowledge of prepress, vector artwork, color modes, resolution, and print-ready file preparation. Ability to create accurate permit-ready sign layouts and technical drawings.
  • Experience designing vehicle wraps, storefront signs, banners, and large-format graphics.
  • Familiarity with FlexiSIGN, RIP software, or similar sign-production tools is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with remote sales and production teams.

  • Working Hours: 5:30 pm – 2:30 am pkt (Any 4–5 hours between 5:30 PM and 2:30 AM PKT, either first or second half.)
