Nosso propósito é a prestação de serviços ao paciente do Sistema Único de Saúde na prevenção, com diagnósticos, realização de tratamento, ensino e pesquisa em oncologia.

Estamos em busca de um profissional para a função de Assistente Administrativo I.

PRINCIPAIS ATRIBUIÇÕES DESEMPENHADAS PELO CARGO

  • Apoiar os processos de recrutamento e seleção, incluindo triagem de currículos, agendamentos, contato com candidatos e suporte às etapas seletivas.
  • Realizar controle e acompanhamento de documentos admissionais e contratuais.
  • Receber, conferir e organizar documentos para contratação de colaboradores.
  • Auxiliar nas rotinas de admissão, integração e desligamento de colaboradores.
  • Executar atividades relacionadas ao controle de relógio de ponto, banco de horas, ajustes e conferências de registros.
  • Apoiar demandas administrativas relacionadas à folha de pagamento e benefícios.
  • Realizar organização e atualização de arquivos físicos e digitais de colaboradores.
  • Auxiliar no acompanhamento de vencimentos de contratos, experiências e documentações obrigatórias.
  • Prestar suporte no atendimento aos colaboradores referente às demandas de RH e Departamento Pessoal.
  • Apoiar processos financeiros do setor, como lançamentos, controles administrativos, conferências e solicitações internas.
  • Elaborar planilhas, relatórios e indicadores administrativos relacionados ao setor.
  • Garantir sigilo, organização e conformidade das informações trabalhistas e institucionais.
  • Cumprir normas internas, políticas institucionais e legislação trabalhista vigente.

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES

  • Ensino médio completo.
  • Desejável ensino superior em andamento ou completo em Administração, Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência prévia em rotinas administrativas, Recursos Humanos ou Departamento Pessoal.
  • Conhecimento em controle de ponto eletrônico e processos admissionais/desligamentos será considerado diferencial.
  • Conhecimento básico/intermediário em Pacote Office, principalmente Excel.
  • Desejável conhecimento em sistemas de gestão de RH e folha de pagamento.

CARGA HORÁRIA

  • Das 07:00 às 17:00 – segunda a quinta-feira;
  • Das 07:00 às 16:00 sexta-feira;
